1. Returns

We accept returns on products within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to return a product, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@elysee-atelier.com to obtain a return authorization. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject returns if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

2. Refunds

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will initiate the refund process. Please note the following regarding refunds:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, a store credit may be issued.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are generally processed for the following reasons:

a. Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, we will provide a full refund.

b. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item or one that doesn't match the specifications you ordered, we will offer a full refund.

c. Print Quality Issues: If the print quality significantly deviates from your submitted design or the colors do not match your design, a full refund will be provided.

d. Discounted or Sale Items: Items marked as discounted or 'on sale' are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of product defects or errors on our part.

  • Refund Rejection: Please note that refunds may be rejected for items in a discounted or sale category unless there are significant defects or errors on our part. This policy is in place to maintain pricing integrity and fairness for all customers.

3. Return Shipping

If you are required to return an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
